  • Graduate Student Meeting Request
    • Coordinate with PLPM business office (Dr. Won Bo Shim or Krista McCallum)
    • Form intended for scheduling Annual, Preliminary, Exit Seminar, or Defense/Final Exam
  • Committee Meeting Form (for use at all committee meetings other than the prelim)
    • Print form for each committee member prior to Committee Meeting
  • PLPA 681 Seminar Oral Presentation Evaluation Form
    • Used for students to evaluate speakers at the PLPA 681 Seminar, faculty to evaluate graduate student seminars, faculty to evaluate posters in the annual graduate student symposium, and faculty to evaluate graduate student EXIT SEMINARS
