Bioenvironmental Sciences Undergraduate Minor

The purpose of the Bioenvironmental Sciences minor is to prepare students for a breadth of career choices in the environmental sciences. The minor in Bioenvironmental Sciences is available to all students enrolled in majors at Texas A&M University outside of the Department of Plant Pathology and Microbiology. 

Course selections under each minor are for the newest TAMU catalog. We will honor all course options on the new minors; adjustments (substitutions) may need to be submitted.

Eligibility 

We do not have an application, deadlines, or a cap on eligibility hours. As long as you are a current undergraduate student at Texas A&M University you are eligible to pursue our minors.  Declaration of minor is made in the student’s home college or major department.  Some colleges and departments outside Bioenvironmental Sciences may not permit their students to declare a minor. 

Satisfactory Completion of Courses 

To be awarded the minor in Bioenvironmental Sciences and receive transcript recognition, students must obtain a grade of “C” or better in each course used in the degree.
