Professional Summary
Coumba Fall is a Ph.D. student in the Texas A&M University Department of Plant Pathology and Microbiology. In the Magill lab, her research is focused in the identification of molecular markers for sorghum disease resistance through Genome-Wide Association Studies. In parallel, she is investigating putative genomic regions of the sorghum anthracnose pathogen Colletotrichum sublineola, that are involved in the infection process.
